Fun with Food!
"An important part of healthy eating is taking the time to relax and enjoy the food. The best thing we can do as parents is to provide a relaxing and nurturing enviroment at meal and snack times. Teach your children about different foods. Introduce foods to them that you don't like. Provide them with a variety of foods from all food groups and let them gain their independence by choosing what and how much they eat. Remember that all foods can fit into a healthy diet, and that there are no "bad foods".
